What’s the Purpose?


I’m an inquisitive introvert; a mental health professional who believes each one of us can do better, all problems are solvable  (even if solutions are not always ideal) and that people are complex creatures.

My purpose for this blog is to challenge the understanding of change, behavior, therapy and life. I’m a strong believer that the more we understand the why behind our decisions, the more likely we are to grow into the person we most want to be.

I plan on exploring how purposefully changing our behaviors will impact our overall well-being and discussing behavioral therapy strategies that anyone can use in daily living. I am personally always striving for improvement and will be sharing my own personal insights into my life as a means of demonstrating how these topics can relate to anyone.
